We specialize in a wide range of seismic upgrades and structural repair and strengthening services including
foundation strengthening and replacement, steel structural systems, fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP), and more. With our engineering, fabrication, and construction expertise we are fully skilled to handle challenging and major upgrades and renovations to enhance the durability and resiliency of your existing building.

We are passionate about helping clients maximize the potential of their multi-family buildings while helping the Bay Area cities address the housing crisis and supporting tenants’ access to more affordable housing. That’s why we specialize in engineering and building accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that can be added to existing multi-family buildings. We have completed hundreds of ADU projects since the City of San Francisco adopted the program in September 2016 and have extensive experience in designing and engineering ADUs that seamlessly integrate with existing buildings, ensuring that they meet all relevant codes and regulations and are built to the highest standards of quality.

REI Build Up Construction Corp is class A (General Engineering) licensed for special excavation and has extensive expertise in temporary shoring and excavation support systems, including deep soil excavation and stabilization, existing foundation underpinning, lateral temporary shoring, and deep foundation placement. We utilize cutting-edge technology and innovative techniques to provide safe and efficient solutions for a wide range of projects, from small-scale renovations to large-scale commercial and industrial developments.
